Welcome to Baneshwari Enterprise.
By using our website, requesting a quotation, or purchasing any of our glass and aluminium products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Work
Baneshwari Enterprise provides products and services including:
LED Mirrors (custom and standard)
Shower Cubicles
Aluminium Profile Doors
Glass Partitions
Custom Glass Work
All work is carried out based on the final quotation, confirmed drawings, and approved measurements.
2. Quotations & Pricing
Quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise mentioned.
Prices may vary based on material availability, design changes, custom specifications, or site conditions.
Any additional work requested after order confirmation will be billed separately.
3. Orders & Customization
Most of our products are custom-made. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.
Custom sizes, shapes, and finishes are manufactured based on your approved measurements and design details.
Baneshwari Enterprise is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
4. Delivery & Installation
Delivery and installation timelines are shared at the time of booking.
While we aim for on-time completion, unexpected delays (material supply, weather, access issues) may occur.
Customers must ensure that the site is ready, clean, safe, and accessible for installation.
Any re-visit caused by incomplete site readiness may incur additional charges.
5. Payments
A minimum 50% advance is required to begin manufacturing.
The remaining balance must be paid on delivery or before installation.
Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or cash.
No product will be handed over or installed until full payment is completed.
6. Warranty & After-Sales
Baneshwari Enterprise offers:
1-year warranty on LED lights, electrical components, and installation workmanship.
No warranty on damage caused by misuse, water leakage from plumbing, physical impact, or third-party installation.
Glass breakage due to impact, mishandling, or accidents is not covered under warranty.
We provide prompt after-sales support for any service or adjustments required.
7. Product Safety & Care
Customers are advised to:
Avoid heavy impact on glass surfaces.
Keep electrical components of LED mirrors away from water.
Use only recommended cleaning products (no abrasive chemicals).
Ensure proper ventilation around shower cubicle areas.
Baneshwari Enterprise is not responsible for damage resulting from improper usage.
8. Return, Replacement & Refunds
Since products are custom-made, returns or refunds are not applicable.
Replacements are offered only in case of manufacturing defects verified by our team.
Installation-related issues will be fixed at no additional cost during the warranty period.
9. Liability
Baneshwari Enterprise is not responsible for damage caused by third-party contractors, civil work, plumbers, electricians, painters, or carpenters.
We are not liable for losses caused by delays beyond our control (material delays, transport, weather, unavoidable events).
10. Website Use
All content on our website (text, images, graphics) is the property of Baneshwari Enterprise.
Copying, editing, or publishing without written permission is not allowed.
Users must not misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access.
